Applicant must have at least associate bachelor degree of Food and Travel related subjects. |

Applicant must have Bartender Technique qualification or Certification. |

Applicant must have qualified results from examination. |

Two copies of Cosmetologist Certification (English translation required) |

One colored Passport copy |
| c. |
A completed application |
| d. |
Four current 2”x 2” photos |
| e. |
US$200 application fee, US$300 tuition fee, US$200 examination fee |

US$500 certification fee |
