In sponsorship for American Purlinton University to provide scholarship for the low income students and for research fund for those who want to reeducate and to encourage the low income student to study, so everyone has chance to get reeducated and to pursue further education. Carries forward the compassion back to society, benefits the social crowd is the goal.

2. Eligibility:

Applicant must be at least 30 years old with good moral conduct and meet one of the following requirement:

a.	Leader, vice-leader, profession personnel, administrative director, vice director of government agency.
b.	Governments legitimate companies obtain legal licenses, chairman, directors, associations, foundations, associations, societies, chairman, director, president, CEO, Secretary-General, Director-General and other duties, serving or have served the people of the state contribution to society personnel.
c.	School leaders, president, vice President, director, deputy director, professor, associate professor, teacher and other education contributors.
d.	Professionals: Lawyer, accountant, engineer, architect, computer designer Hospital/clinic’s president, vice-president, director, vice director, doctor, physician, pharmacist, technician, etc. Musician, artist, philosopher, litterateur, religious scholar, Confucian, etc. Obtain World Outstanding Chinese Celebrity Expert Purlinton Certificate.
